Room cleanliness wasn’t ideal. we found hair on the floor and in the bathroom considering the expectations set by a luxury resort.

staying here was a dream for a weekend wanderer like me, with stunning Reduit Beach just a short stroll away, and the vibrant attractions at Pigeon Island National Park less than a 15-minute walk, making it easy to soak up the sun and culture daily.

This place suits me perfectly with beach access, free Wi-Fi, and a great spa. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost ring! I definitely recommend the jet ski rentals for fun. I’m coming back for a holiday.

Perfect romantic getaway!

We stayed 7 nights in a Caribbean Deluxe room, and it was amazing! The beach is gorgeous, and the in-room breakfast was a huge treat. Though some restaurant reservations were tricky at peak times, the meals were mostly delicious. Just wish the drinks service was a bit quicker by the pool more often.

The Caribbean Deluxe room offers a stunning view and spacious layout that makes for a comfortable retreat. The Bayside buffet impresses with an omelet station and a variety of exotic fruits, including unique options like lychee and wax apples.

The hotel is quite a trek from the airport, with a rough two-hour drive that would be lifted by the costly helicopter option. Some popular dining spots close too early, directly conflicting with evening shows, making it tricky to savor the diverse cuisine while enjoying entertainment.

Diving was excellent with friendly staff guiding us through, making it our favorite part of the trip. Some of the evening entertainment felt disorganized, which dampened the overall vibe a bit.

Lounge chair reservations by butlers led to frustration among regular guests trying to find shade on busy days.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The entertainment led by Dexter was outstanding, ensuring we had a great time every day. We relished the blackened snapper at lunch, which quickly became our favorite dish. Our well-maintained room added to the overall experience, providing a comfortable retreat.

A few dinner reservations were required but worth the wait.
